Mentees may choose to present their book insights within the mentoring circle or make their session public to inspire a wider audience. This helps strengthen reading habits, research skills, presentation confidence, and meaningful discussions while promoting continuous learning and peer growth.
International Women's Mentoring & Leadership Excellence Forum
The International Women's Mentoring & Leadership Excellence Forum is an annual global conference dedicated to sharing best practices in women's leadership, mentoring, and networking. It brings together mentoring organizations, researchers presenting their work, and women at various stages of their mentoring journey to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and collective growth.
Women Mentoring & Leadership Research
The platform features a global call for papers inviting original research, case studies, and insights on women's leadership and mentoring. Submissions undergo peer and editorial review to ensure quality and relevance, with selected works showcased through publications and global knowledge-sharing platforms.

- Nominate participants to the Annual Global Mentoring Program
- Represent IWMI at the national level.
Who Can Apply?
- Leaders of mentoring organizations
- Founders and program managers
- Corporate or academic mentoring leaders
- Professionals with strong mentoring experience.
- All core members of a Country Chapter must be official IWMI Individual Members.
